In addition to networking, the integration of the real and digital worlds is also being driven forward. While the discourse focuses primarily on technical solutions, improvements in productivity, and economic advantages, sustainability aspects, as well as topics such as usability and human-machine interaction, have so far played a subordinate role.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We are investigating the possible effects of digitization and networking of industrial production on the sustainability management of companies and redesigning the usability of corporate control systems.
