A particular emphasis is placed on socio-technical systems and on understanding how digital technologies transform work processes, decision-making structures and collaboration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">The research takes an interdisciplinary approach and uses advanced data analysis methods to empirically investigate digital phenomena.
